YUKON, OKLA. – We’ve received numerous complaints against a Yukon photographer.
Kimberly Smith of Tweedle Dee Photographee is accused of failing to deliver photos to several clients, including Becky Richardson.
Richardson paid Smith for a professional photo shoot for her infant daughter, but almost six months later, there are still no pictures.
“I actually lost a baby a few weeks ago,” she said. “I just realize how important these memories are to have of your children.”
Jordan Madison says Smith flaked on her too!
“I was told in September she was sending them in the mail,” she said. “[I] never got another response from her.”
We tried calling the photographer, but her number was disconnected.
We stopped by her home.
She wasn’t there, but Smith’s husband later contacted us wanting to settle the matter.
Tweedle Dee Photographee is no longer in business, but the Smiths still plan to give any dissatisfied customers their photos and a full refund.
We’ll check back.
Here’s what to keep in mind when dealing with any photographer:
- Ask lots of questions.
- Don’t be afraid to ask for a reference list.
- Get everything in writing.
