We figured out Rancher’s Pride changed phone numbers and moved locations, but most of their new information wasn't updated online.
The new manager, Kirk Witty, explained the salesman that sold Stan and Debbie their goods wasn't following company protocol.
“He didn't give out a proper receipt,” Stan said. “It doesn't have the buyer's right to cancel on the back of the receipt, so everything he did was wrong.”
Rancher's Pride didn't waste any time.
They cut Stan and Debbie a check for more than $700.
