Update 5/13/16 - We have new details on the case involving Glenn McCoy.
He’s the contractor charged with fraud, accused of scamming his customers, including several families that lost everything in the Moore tornado back in 2013.
This week, McCoy was in court in Cleveland County for a hearing.
We know that hearing did not take place, because McCoy's attorney was suspended by the Oklahoma Bar Association for neglecting one of his clients and failing to respond to that client's grievance with the state.
McCoy pleaded not guilty to embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars from six families, including several tornado victims we featured on In Your Corner.
He has until July to hire a new attorney.

OKLAHOMA CITY - A contractor is now facing charges after prosecutors said he allegedly ripped off tornado victims.
Attorney General Scott Pruitt charged 49-year-old Glenn Allen McCoy with six counts of embezzlement and one count of a pattern of criminal offenses.
McCoy is the owner of A Better Choice Construction, Inc. and accepted jobs from several homeowners in Lexington, Purcell, Yukon and Moore.
Authorities claim McCoy took more than $25,000 from two homeowners and more than $1,000 from four others.
Those customers said, although they paid for projects, McCoy never finished the work.
“Fraud is a serious issue in Oklahoma, and we will hold accountable those individuals who take advantage of our citizens at times of crisis. Unfortunately, we see this time and again in the aftermath of storms,” Pruitt said. “We encourage consumers to contact our office if they believe they have been victims of fraud."
